1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any SEO second opinion service purchased from SEO Human Review, operated by Gael Balouek (Balouek Digital Consulting OÜ), based in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 (Estonia). By booking a review, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

SEO Human Review provides independent, human-led second opinions on SEO strategy and agency/freelancer work, offered as two flat-fee tiers:

• Foundations Review — a technical, visibility and content review built from public tools, requiring no account access from you.
• Business Review — everything in the Foundations Review, plus an assessment of whether your SEO strategy is driving real business results, using your Search Console, Analytics and conversion data.

Both tiers include a written PDF report and one debrief call. Exact scope, current pricing, and what's included in each tier are described on the Pricing section of this site, which forms part of these terms.

3. Booking & Scoping

Reviews are booked via our contact forms. Before starting work, we'll confirm the scope of your review (site size, number of markets/languages, and any specific concerns). If your site or scope falls outside what's described in "What's included" for your chosen tier (for example, more than ~300 indexed pages or more than 2 languages/markets), we'll agree a revised scope and fee with you before any work begins — you will never be charged more than the agreed price without your explicit agreement.

4. Pricing & Payment

Each review is a single flat fee, agreed before work starts. Current prices are listed on the Pricing section of this site and are shown in EUR.

• Payment is due in full, upfront, before work begins.
• Payments are processed via a third-party payment provider.
• All fees are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Access to Your Data

For the Business Review, you will be asked to grant access to your Google Search Console, Analytics, and/or conversion data directly through Google's (or any other third-party provider) own account-sharing tools. You remain in full control of this access at all times and may revoke it at any point, including immediately after your review is complete. We will never request your login credentials directly.

6. Confidentiality

Your review, your business information, and the fact that you've engaged this service are treated as strictly confidential. We will not contact your existing SEO provider, agency, or freelancer, or disclose your identity as a client, without your explicit permission. No part of your review is shared with any third party.

7. Deliverables & Intellectual Property

The final PDF report is yours to keep and share as you see fit — with your team, your management, your existing provider, or anyone else you choose. You may not resell, republish, or represent the report as your own independent work product for commercial redistribution. The underlying review methodology, templates, and frameworks used to produce your report remain the intellectual property of Gael Balouek.

8. Turnaround Time

Reviews are typically delivered within about a week of receiving full access and any requested documents, though larger or multi-market sites may take longer. A specific timeline will be confirmed with you once your review is scoped. Delays in providing requested access or information may extend delivery time accordingly.

9. Cancellations

Once payment has been made and the work has commenced, we generally do not offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances.

10. No Guarantee of Results

This service provides an independent, professional opinion and assessment — it is not a guarantee of specific SEO outcomes, ranking improvements, traffic increases, or business results. SEO performance depends on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and how any recommendations are implemented. Nothing in your report should be read as a promise of a particular result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Human Review's liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid for the review in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the report or any decisions made based on it.

12. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and, where relevant, timely access to the data needed to complete your review. The quality and accuracy of your review depends in part on the completeness of what you share with us. We are not responsible for conclusions affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you or on your behalf.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
